Mission & Values

Love God, Love Others

Our Mission

Central Baptist Academy exists to partner with families to provide a Christ-centered education that forms students academically, spiritually, and relationally — preparing them to know Christ, think biblically, and live faithfully in God’s world.

Our Vision

Central Baptist Academy is a thriving Christian school that develops students who are grounded in biblical truth, equipped with strong academic foundations, and prepared to engage culture with wisdom, conviction, and Christlike character.

Our Core Values

1. Biblical Authority

Scripture is the ultimate authority for truth and practice, informing every aspect of instruction, discipline, and decision-making. 2 Timothy 3:16–17

2. Christlike Character

We intentionally cultivate humility, integrity, responsibility, grace, and servant leadership in students and adults alike. Colossians 3:12–15

3. Academic Excellence

We pursue strong, purposeful instruction that challenges students to grow, think critically, and steward their God-given abilities. Colossians 3:23

4. Intentional Discipleship

Spiritual formation is not incidental — it is a central aim of our teaching, culture, and community life. Matthew 28:18–20

5. Partnership with Families

We honor parents as the primary disciplers of their children and commit to walking alongside families with clarity, respect, patience, and unity. Deuteronomy 6:6–7

Missional Outreach Commitment

Central Baptist Academy serves families from a variety of spiritual backgrounds. While the school stands firmly on biblical truth and Christian conviction, we intentionally welcome families who are exploring faith.

We commit to:

  • Teaching biblical truth clearly and consistently
  • Modeling the love, grace, and truth of Jesus Christ
  • Respectfully inviting families to deeper engagement with the local church
  • Supporting students as they grow in understanding of faith, whether they are new to or growing in Christ

Our desire is not merely enrollment, but transformation — trusting that God works through Christian education to draw families toward Him.

Non-Negotiable Commitments

  • Love God. Love Others.
  • Biblical worldview formation is central, not supplemental
  • Unity of message matters more than personal preference
  • Conviction and compassion must walk together
  • Clarity is an act of care — confusion undermines trust
  • Growth serves the mission but does not replace it

Board Affirmation Statement
